Ask your receptionist or office manager what questions she (or he) frequently answer and consider putting that information into your YP ad. If she spends 5 or more minutes giving directions every day, it makes sense to put that information in your YP ad so that her time may be used more effectively elsewhere.

Also, you've made it easier for someone to do business with you, and that's an important aspect of good customer service.
